Business Team.

Business team helps us get new business and collaborate with different vendors for providing various other services and privileges. They focus on improving the consumer experience and scaling it across the city. We are rapidly scaling our offerings and this is a great opportunity to lead an organization that is highly visible across the company.
The business team works closely with every product and builders. They make analysis and make reports to improve the business.

Marketing Team.

This includes our online and offline marketing team. Our offline team helps in converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential as well as commercial properties to the prospects by matching the investment needs.
By using leads generated by Marketing Team to convert them into customers, through local activities and procuring relevant interested clients, doing on-ground activities in corporates.

Finance Team.

Our dedicated finance team takes care of the entire financial aspect. Ensuring timely receipt of brokerages and disbursement as well as honour of credit notes issued to clients. They also take care of the daily operational expenses. The Finance team helps in providing the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives. They connect and coordinate with all the major banks to process client¡¯s loans with ease.

Technology Team.

The technical team at Myshopdeal provides solutions for all the technological products. From building websites, web based applications, landing pages to promoting our products on social media they help us with all the important technicalities.
What we need is someone with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
High level of responsibility, ownership and sense of urgency in getting things done. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented and team-oriented environment. Strong computer and software skills.

Design Team.

Our designing team is the center of all creativity. From designing attractive brochures, flyers, standees, social media posts to branding for our clients they do everything. Our designing team brings fresh design perspective, innovative design ideas for the deliverables.
They are proficient and up-to-date with graphics software tools and equipment required for the position, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and other latest creative softwares etc.They are efficient participants in planning, scheduling, and production of various designing requirements of our firm.

HR Team.

Our Hr team is involved with recruiting, training and motivating the team of Myshopdeal. Keeping the team together and establishing good relations with clients, builders and everyone. The Hr also takes up the responsibility of determining the pay roll, designing the company laws and procedures and making sure everyone follows them. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
The Hr team helps to manage internal communication projects as well as take job satisfaction and clients satisfaction surveys.

Ankit Malik

Director

The Director and soul of Myshopdeal left his secured job in Vatika with a dream to start a company of his own with a mission to help people find their dream home. With over 7 years of experience he has worked in many organisations like Axis Bank, Proptiger and Vatika. He had a great exposure to banking and financial sector and he learned about product branding when Axis bank rebranded themselves as - Badti ka naam zindegi

He stepped into a completely different portfolio which was Real estate. Although it was different he was did not anyone let him down and he excelled in Proptiger where he won back to back Warrior Of The Month awards. He also won the top performer at PAN India level.This is when he learnt the potential of the real estate industry.

After this he joined as Asst Relationship Manager in Proptiger. Working in the builder lobby was a different experience.He could understand the other side of the story, from a builders perspective. It was a crucial year as he built a lot of relationships and network.

After 6 months he realised that he has more to prove so Myshopdeal was born. Myshopdeal was based out of friendship trust and care with a new brand line- A new language of friendship. He believes that its not only about sale but the relationship which continues much after that.

His vision is to expand Myshopdeal and start new verticals - Home Automation, Home Interiors and Digital Marketing.

Head Content, Social Media & Hr

She's one of the core team members and has been with Myshopdeal since inception. Keeping the entire team motivated and together is her goal. Coordination, communication, clear strategy and keeping everyone happy is her mantra to keep an organisation sustainable. She has an experience of over 9 years in various organisations. Keeping the website, social media and client¡¯s websites up to date with the right content is another essential role she plays.

As Independent Digital Marketing Consultant, Vivek has helped many small, medium and large firms to come up with the alien word of Digital Marketing and helped them look beyond traditional marketing solutions. Mr Deepak is the creative mind behind our website and social media creatives designing. He is the head of the designing department.His box innovative designs for signage, billboards and other print material gets our clientele rolling. He has the power to convert every material into an engaging digital content. Mr Deepak handles our social media campaigns creatives, emails, website pages, infographics, ad banners, and beyond.

A fashion designer and alumni of NIFT, Divya has been with Myshopdeal since 2 years and heads the graphical designing department. Her creativity keeps out clients engaged on social media platforms. From making, brochures, designing logos and portfolios for clients, brochures, pamphlets and making social media posts she has everything sorted.

  • Constantly work with business owners, sales, customer service and operation team to understand our mission and then collaborate with technology & design teams to move closer in achieving that mission

  • Employee Database, HRIS and employee related data activities.The individual in this role will be responsible for managing employee life cycle activities for all employees at PAN India level. These activities are :-
  • Maintaining and reviewing accurate, error free database with all new joinees/resigners updations along with other updates and changes as per transfers/promotion etc in the excel format-
  • On time & error free processing of letters, completion of pre and post joining formalities along with proper on time documentation of files-
  • Maintaining the data on time with accuracy
  • Payroll & Exit Management
  • Producing & providing error free & timely data every month for payroll input-
  • Coordination with relevant stakeholders for data gathering & ensuring on time collection of validated payroll input (attendance, deductions, etc) for capturing them in the inputs-
  • Execution of full & final settlement for resigned employees on time and with 100% accuracy-
