The company is planning to deliver the project of 80 million sq. ft. Initially, the group is involved in the construction of residential and commercial project for other renowned builders of the country such as DLF. Alike most of the developers, Shapoorji Pallonji is planning to sell these apartments during the period of construction.
Shapoorji Pallonji is focusing on drawing the sales value of Rs. 60 billion in this current FY, around Rs.100 billion in the next FY and about Rs. 150 billion by Financial Year 2021. The group is expecting to accumulate Rs. 25 billion from the customers in the Financial Year 2019, Rs. 45 billion in Financial Year 2020 and Rs. 60 billion in Financial Year 2021. As per the concern of selling the property, the company believes RERA ( Real Estate Regulation Act) as a positive aspect. As the advent of this act brings a sense of awareness among buyers to go for buying the properties from trusted brands only.
