Shapoorji Pallonji the real estate giants of Mumbai has planned to launch nearly 35 million sq ft of projects across its existing markets this year. The 150 years old esteemed company has brought in many innovative changes and is still in the mode of expanding.
The Group CEO Venkatesh Gopalakrishnan announced that the company plans to launch three projects in Delhi- NCR this fiscal year, which will mark its dominance into the market.

Due to the fall in real estate prices it is a very lucrative time to invest in properties. In the NCR market Shapoorji, the company is developing an amazing project under the Joyville brand, which will come up on nearly 1.2 million sq ft in the northern Peripheral Road in Gurgaon.
In Dwarka Expressway they are also planning to launch another project in a good range. They have a piece of land in Noida and will be launching a project in the next couple of months.They have a total of over 6 million sq ft of development to be launched this year and are going to add a few more projects in this market in the near future.
Speaking about the company's product mix in the residential segment, he said, it has nearly 40 percent of the residential project portfolio under the joint venture model, while 20 percent under the development management (DM) and 10 percent in joint development.
The 90 million sq ft pipeline includes the phase-wise launch of some of its existing projects under the Joyville brand as well as some luxury projects being developed in Mumbai and Pune and some in Kolkata.The company currently has three projects under the Joyville brand with each in Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata which have received tremendous response. Joyville in Gurgaon will be launched in sector 102 which is on the hot selling Dwarka Expressway. It will be built on a land area of total 18 acres and will be on an undivided patch.
